Measuring the Immeasurable in 2024
...and an invitation.
Hey folks.
Firstly, a warm welcome to any new subscribers. This will be a bit like arriving at a party just as everyone is going home, I think.
This year, I am shifting my focus from arts evaluation to work full time on growing my theatre training company, Only the Human. I’ll also be using improvised theatre as a learning and development tool with teams. You could say I am trying to find out what the value of the arts is with a little more skin in the game. There is no more savage evaluator of the arts than the private market.
This means I won’t be publishing on Measuring the Immeasurable. If you’re keen to stay across my work, I’ll be shifting my energy to Perspective Shift, a newsletter for team leaders looking to build more connection, creativity and collaboration in their work teams. It is necessarily a more focused newsletter, so I have not shifted over any subscribers. If it is of interest to you, you can sign up on my website.
